WORK HISTORY ( 2017 To Till ) :
Research Associate The prevalence of Escherichia coli O157 in healthy sheep, goats, camel and cattle in the UAE. The main duties of the variety of technical duties and analysis including microbial analysis, bacterial culturing, media and solutions preparation, bacterial identification, DNA extraction and PCR preparation, on various biological samples.
Responsibilities of Microbiological work :
** Pathogenic bacteria handle & testing
** Media Preparation, Serial Dilution & Enumeration
** Enrichment process from animal samples ** Isolation of E.coli O157 by Immuno Magnetic separation Technique (IMS)
** Culture plating, testing, Maintenance, Purification of Pure cultures
** Colonies confirmed by Latex Agglutination Test
** Storage & Maintenance of long period

** DNA Extraction from Pure cultures & direct samples
** Gel preparation
** PCR Programme

** Published on M.Phil Project work paper on my manuscript AJPCR/15598/16 entitled “Optimization Study on Extraction & Purification of R-Phycoerythrin from Red Algae Kappaphycus alvarezii” have accepted in volume 10 issue 2 Feb 2017 in Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical on Clinical Research (AJPCR).

** Done months project work on “Isolation & Characterization of Coliforms and other bacteria in fresh vegetables” at college level in M.Sc (Applied Microbiology).
