1. 2011 October 08th to till today :- Joined with MTS In Kurnool As a Sr Specialist in Data Card Division.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Handling DSA and Infrastructure development. I have developed Channel Partners and Business. Based on my performance I have got opportunity to handle branded Retail.
December 1st : I got opportunity to handled Branded Retail Division. Because company did not start BR. In Rayalasema Zone. I have taken as challenge and I opened new show room in Kurnool / Anantapur / kudapa. I have showed all my partners profitable business and I have launched postpaid in all my zones. Based on My performance I have got opportunity to work in my home town for Postpaid Data Card Segment. I got transfer to Visakhapatnam from Feb 1st 2012.
Feb 1st 2012 : I have started with DST and till now they did not do any postpaid activations At that time no infra-structure, I have started recruiting Channel partners. I have taken opportunity to launch Data postpaid and I have re-launched postpaid in the month of Feb in vizag. I have created message that post paid is possible in vizag. March I have given same consistence business and also I have added New DSA and One IT Distributor in the month of March.
April/May : Vizag Climate is very Hot because of that I have changed working timing and also I made my team to do more activity to get awareness.
June/July :- I have recognized as a best SME contributor. Also I have got recognized as a top Channel ASM in AP.
August/Sep : Again I have Recognized as a top ASM in AP.
October/November :- I have qualified for HALLA BOL contest as a top Channel Manager and also I have qualified my TL and top two DST is my DST. I have got award of best and top consistency performance.
December/Jan :- I have qualified for HALLA BOL-2 contest as a top Channel Manager and also I have qualified my TL and top two DST is my DST.

** Handling Distributors and Dealers sales team as a Sales Manager.
** Setting monthly targets that where to be achieved by the dealers. Conduct meetings with the concerned team and motivate them and see that the achieve their targets.
