Engineering :-
1) Coordinate pre launch production trial run process monitoring.
2) Participate in the development of the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
3) Maintain Control Plan and FMEA throughout the life of the part.
4) Carry out Preliminary Process capability studies for new products or processes.
5) Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action.
6) Perform duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of the Customers.

** Handling day to day activities in Q.A. department.
** Handling machines such as Spectrometer, Berinell Hardness Tester, Portable Hardness Tester,Density Meter, X-RAY, Radial Fatigue Test Machine, Corner Fatigue Test Machine, and Impact load testing Machine,Air Leakage Testing Machine,Balancing machine,SST Machine.

3. Presentation made on “Sliding Gate Concept”. This is about to increase the RPM with the help of reversal gear arrangement for opening the gate.
