Job Description :
** Provide a comprehensive Facility Management service to ensure that all amenities are resourced and maintained to high class industry standard.
** Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Service specifications
** Monitoring of pre-possession, possession and post possession activities.
** Monitoring soft service operations including cleaning chemicals & amp; consumables usage, maintenance, repair of equipment’s and waste disposal methods, hygiene and sanitation standards & techniques pertinent to housekeeping including scheduling, training, identification of needs and maintenance of controls.
** Ensures that entire staff maintains a critical eye on all aspects of building physical care.
** Monitoring helpdesk activities.
** Manages critical relationships with residents and key vendors
** Reviews all bills with Accounts Executive
** Proactive liaising with projects department

Petty Cash Handling :
** Ensure that the A/c’s are closed on a weekly basis.
** Ensure that the approval is taken from HOD (HR & Administration) and handing over the same to A/c and Finance team.
** Ensure that a monthly tracker be maintained on the same.
** Ensure that on a monthly basis all balance to brought to Nil and then take fresh advances.
** Cost controlling on admin expenses by recycling the products.
