** Preparation of GST monthly Return GSTR-1.
** To Maintaining Records of GST i.e. ITC Credit.
** Sales against CT-1, ARE -1, SEZ, CT-3 (EXPORT)
** Submission of Proof of Export.
** Preparation & submission of Refund claim to Excise dept.
** To maintain Daily Stock Account.
** Preparation of Supplementary invoice.
** To maintain Job work Register (Outward & Inward)
** Preparation of Revenue Statement for Payment of Central Excise on or before 8th of every month.
** Submit all kind of monthly and yearly figures as per required by the Excise department.

Commercial Department  :
** Prepare all dispatch documents like , INVOICE, GATEPASS, BORDER FORMS & LR Copy etc.
** Preparation of A.R.E.1 for the removal of finished goods for Export under LUT, under claim for Rebate, under CT-1, & CT-3.
** Making Monthly Sales Goods Report
** To Maintain Monthly Stock Register
** Daily Reporting material dispatch.
** scan copy of dispatch material documents sent to the sales team and customer through email.
** Inspection of Export material with Central Excise Deptt.

Logistic :
** Arrangement of vehicle for the finished goods as per requirement of various customers Local and Interstate.
** Daily & Monthly dispatch information to respective sales department.
** Deal with Transporter for Rate negotiation, compare with other Transporter rates & take best rates from them as per comparison.
** Make all type of road permit
** Consignment tracking and updating the customer on timely basis.
** Keep record when material is dispatched and unload to customer premises .
