** Diligent & goal oriented professional with an experience of 5.5 yearsoffering exposure and knowledge across Maintenance and Operation of various equipment in cement plant. Currently spearheading as Maintenance Engineer in Raw Mill section of line 4 of Rajashree cement works Ultra Tech Cement Ltd, Gulbarga.(10000TPD of clinker production)
** Hands on exposure to maintenance & operations of a wide variety of machineries and equipment; experienced in implementingpreventing & corrective actions for the equipment, adopting remedial measures for smooth progress of Project and thereby avoid cost and time overrun
** Having good knowledge about the maintenance Roller Press, Belt conveyors, RABH, Process fans, Conveying equipment, screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, centrifugal pumps, dynamic separators and gearboxes.
** Good knowledge of modern productivity /quality improvement concepts such as ISO standards, Safety Standards, 7QC tools, SPC/SQC, Kaizen, 5S etc. to enhance quality safety, operational efficiency.
** Power user in software SAP for PM module having knowledge of master data, keeping maintenance plans, history of the equipment.
** Adept in planning fault finding and defect rectification, conducting root cause analysis of failures and evolving quick breakdown solutions to put the machines/ equipment back in operation.

** Spearheading efforts across handling the entire spectrum of functions pertaining to maintenance with structured inputs in the domains of servicing & repairs scheduling and monitoring to ensure smooth operations within defined time/cost parameters.
** Maintenance of Equipment like Roller Press, Belt Conveyors, Bucket elevators, Gearboxes, Process fans and screw conveyors.
** Carrying out Operation and Maintenance of all the Cement Manufacturing Equipment and maintenance of Screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, air blowers all types of pumps, agitators, clarifier, storage tanks and both refrigeration and desiccant air dryers of all types.
** Successfully erection and commissioning of liquid alternate fuel handling system, and trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of the system.(includes diaphragm pump, screw pumps and magnet coupled pumps.
** Installation and commissioning of reject handling system in fresh feed circuit of cement plant.
** Being SAP PM power user, have good knowledge on of master data update, PM checks, Why-Why analysis and equipment history.etc
** Good in manpower handling and Inventory controlling, budget planning and estimation.
