** Designing of Large Scale absorption column using TEG as absorber to absorb water from natural gas.
** Analyzed the cause of water in the natural gas and computed the amount of water to be extracted.
** After a complete analysis of adsorption and absorption we went on with absorption.
** We used TEG as absorbent since it was the most efficient material when compared other material (ethanol, methanol, H2SO4).
** We also did designing for lab scale absorption column where we used water absorbent to remove ethanol from air.
ACADEMIC PROJECTS :
Fabricated a working model of a pressure transducer.
** Studied the principle of pressure transducer.
** After analyzing the working of pressure transducer, we went on with the syringe as the main component.
Designed and constructed a working model of a thermocouple.
** Studied the principle of thermocouple.
** Discussed with a team of 7 people and selected k type thermocouple.
Designed a reactor for 95%overall conversion of 1-butene with given kinetics and the production rate.
** The reactor to be designed is a multi-tubular fixed bed reactor, with maximum selectivity, with optimum temperature, inlet pressure as fixed and also account the porosity of the catalyst.
