Responsibility : Presently heading the Sinter Plant (E&A) as an Asst.Manager.
Key duties :
1. Involve in Sinter plant as a member of maintenance team, Maintenance of weigh feeder, belt weigher, field instruments, MCC panel, PCC panel, vvvf drives, soft starter, HT panel, Motor (HT & LT), ESP, dedusting system, etc & down time by continuous implementation & modification.
2. Trouble shooting of PLC Siemens S7 (300-200). & Micro PLC of GE Fanuc-versa max.
3. Maintenance, Calibration & troubleshooting of Weigh feeder (transweigh) & Belt weigher (transweigh & Indus).
4. Shutdown / Breakdown/ Preventive maintenance of 1400kw HT motor with LRS start system & LT motors up to 200kw.
