Currently designated as INDUSTRIAL TRAINEE - DIE MAINTENANCE in SUNDARAM CLAYTON LIMITED, HOSUR. A TVS Group of company, which QS 9000 accredited, ISO 14001 & OHSAS Certified company manufacturer of High Pressure (HPDC) and Low Pressure Die castings (LPDC) for major Customers like TVS Motor Company, Hyundai, Tata Cummins and Volvo.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Die planning based on weekly, monthly Production requirement plan.
To Made the Core Pin Drawing Individually.
To Correct the Dimensional Problem in Core Pin.
To Maintain the Stock Keeping of Spares Tools.
Planning of Die Spare parts and Man Power to meet the targets.
Preparing Die life Statement by tracking the Production.
Reducing in-house and customer end rejection by adopting TQC and TPM methodology.
Co-ordination with Die Development, QAD & Die design Depts, to develop, corrective & preventive actions for eliminating/reducing breakdowns.
Involved in Estimation & Costing of Out source of Material.
Personal supervision of machining process with vendors & problem solving detailed with operation sketches.
Tracking Effectiveness & Efficiency for all aspects.
To Modify the Die For Reducing Breakdown with Discussion of QAD.

Standardized the Drawing For Each Model
Maintained Stores & Tools cost well within the norms.
