Daily line inspection such as pipe rack, sleeper pipe line fit-up welding final inspection.
Heavy structural columns beam bracings fabrication fit-up, welding inspection as per drawing,
Package preparation and inspection carried out with client.
Pre-commissioning activities internal cleaning, box-up, bolt tightening, final inspection.
Review & witness the welder qualifications and testing
Heavy pressure vessels, heavy columns DPT, UT. RT, inspection, preparing report and documents Witness.
Preparing non conformance reports
Making punch list with client and closing punch list

JOB PROFILE :
Individually having the responsibility to undertake, monitor, inspect, and control the activity of mechanical erection, fabrication, pre – assembling and alignment
Study of drawing, technical specification and design details.
Responsible for requirement of resources like material, manpower, consumables, equipment according to the project
Monitoring and checking the bills by means of the Quantity approved for the scope.
Co-ordinate and offered for inspection as per Client QAP,NDT stages like PT.MPT,RT,UT also offered and witnessed the client
Bill of materials prepared as per drawing.
Coordinate with Clients, third party representatives.
Report to our management and get feedback from site all activities.
