1. Worked as a Production Chemist in M/s UNIX BIOTECH Jharmajri, Barotiwala in Tablet section from 17th July 2006 to 13oct2007.
2. Worked as a Production Chemist in M/s ScottEdil pharmacia Ltd. Jharmajri, BarotiwalainTabletsectionfrom15oct2007to07june2008.
3. Worked as a Production Chemist in M/s Comed Pharmaceuticals Ltd. VillageDassomajra, P.O. Bhud, and Distt.Solan (H.P.)(WHO certified company) in Tablet section from 12 June 2008 to8dec2010.
4. Presently working as a Asst. Production Manager in M/s Maiden Pharmaceutical Plot no.11, Tahliwal Disst.Una (H.P.) in Tablet &Capsule section.
ROLLES & RESPONSBILITIES :
Supervision work force in tablet section specially granulation and compression\capsule to get maximum out put with high quality.
Periodical inspection of production tools.
Machine and inform to Production manager.
Frequent checks of product for standards specification.
Production planning and control all production activity.
Excellent exposure to product mfg having independently large Section.
To have effectctive control and proper utilization of manpower on daily basis.
To ensure the proper storage and maintained documents.
JOB RESPONSBILITY :
Preparation of material requisition notes.
Receiving & checking raw material as per requisition note.
Handling all manufacturing activity in Tablet.
Daily Documentation, Daily Production Report and WIP Report..
To ensure online document in of production activity.
Take corrective actions against manufacturing process problems.
PERSONAL STRENGTH :
Collective how much quantityfinished Product are prepared by production department.
Collective reports are submitting to the production manager and discuss with them what will do it.
Have ability to short out any shortcoming on shop floor.
Have proper communication with respective department and maintain a working culture with my colleague.
