My Responsibilities :
Monier Roofing Pvt. Ltd. Monier Roofing Pvt Ltd is a Manufacturing Company of Roofing tiles.
Present in India since 1997, Monier Roofing (formerly known as Lafarge Roofing) offers a range of concrete roof tiles, glazed and matt finished imported clay roof tiles, fittings and roof components; specifically designed for the Indian roof market.
With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Bangalore and Nashik, some of its leading products manufactured in India have changed the architectural landscape of India over the years.
My responsibilities are mentioned below :
1. Purchase activities of local materials like Raw materials, store items, fabrication and machinery works.
2. Importing of Clay tiles, chemicals, Machinery parts, and roofing accessories.
3. Preparation of landed cost and submitting to the accounts.
4. Negotiating and finalizing the CHA agent for each shipment.
5. PD Bond, Continuity bond preparation for Customs, shipping line etc.
6. Exporting of samples to our lab for testing purpose. Hoysala projects Pvt Ltd.
Hoysala Projects have 3 ongoing Projects i.e, Hoysala ACE Phase 1, Hoysala ACE Phase 2, and Hoysala Habitat, my responsibilities into purchase of required Construction materials like cement, Steel, Solid Blocks, Aggregates, Sand, Plumbing Materials, Hardware Materials etc, and accounting the purchase bills in tally.

Worked on transplantation of trees as purchase executive. Sourcing of required materials and machinaries, client interaction on basis of plans on progress.
Project 2 : Nirlon Knowledge Park
Worked on softscape work as purchase executive and project execution plans.
Project 3 : Solitaire Park
Worked on softscape work as purchase executive and project execution plans and project execution. Sourcing of required materials and execution done.
Project 4 : TAFE-2
Worked on softscape and hardscape work as purchase and project execution. This project was challenge on my carrier since we had both softscape and hardscape work and time for completion was only 2 months.
Project 5 : Danfoss Projects Ltd
Worked on softscape, hardscape and landscape lighting work as purchase and project execution. Received an Best award for the project for best execution on hardscape, softscape and lighting.
Project 6 : Huawei India Ltd
Worked on Soft cape work as purchase executive and project execution plans and project execution. Sourcing of required materials and execution done.
