ROLE :
** I was mainly dealing with siemens field instruments. Such Pressure transmitters, Flow transmitters , Level Transmitters ,Temperature transmitters and positioners.
** Retro-fit of positioners can be done as per clients requirements.
** Acknowledging & resetting the over-current voltage or earth-fault voltage on CNC machines closes due to fault inside the machines.
** Monitoring & logging the individual transmitters during every hours of a day, thereby determining the machine’s condition & time of consumption for future planning.
** Preventative maintenance checks on all type transmitters using relevant softwares.
** Service & maintenance of transmitters.
** Troubleshooting the control circuits including various types of relay (over current , earth fault and differential protection)
** Replacement & Installation of faulty transmitters and commissioning the transmitters manually or using PDM with the help of communication modem such as HART modem, Foundation fieldbus, Modbus and etc
** Deputed as Control room operator during substation operation and maintenance.
** Supervise technicians in shifting operations, monitoring works, electrical projects, modifications and work orders.
** Complete view of system operation, record & detail report submission to top management. The report includes exact logs of interruption showing what all faults and process happened during every hours of the day
** Preparation of work done certifications and getting the same signed by concerned officials.
** Preparation of bills within 2 days of work completion
