Job responsibilities :
Prepare MTO and selection of piping commodities
Procurement of materials as per MTOL and consumables from market.
Involve in negotiations and discussions with suppliers of the materials.
Handling international design codes & standards.
Reviewing the quality of the material procured with material specification, inspection requirement and organizing for the stage inspection as required.
Review fabricated or installed lines as per latest isometric drawing for construction.
Documentation, inspecting the fabrication and assemblies of pipelines.
Prepare the schedule, manpower deployment; 3 months look ahead plan, monthly schedule as per baseline schedule.
Perform line-check.Monitoring the routing of piping and preparing as built drawing.
Following up with the vendors were these fabricated slurry pipeline goes for the rubber lining process.
Preparation, checking and review of as-built drawings and getting approved
Reading basic info from P&ID drawings and coordination with engineering and concerned departments.
Supervising fabrication crew of about 10-25 members.
Assign manpower and equipment in accordance with priorities.
Overall responsible for the fabrication and assembly works in workshops that includes piping fabrication items.
Responsible for all kinds in inspection activities for incoming/fabricated materials according to client checklist and standards.
Planning, organizing and executing fabrication and dispatch works in accordance with project schedule and erection sequencing provided by client.
Organizes material and equipment for upcoming jobs in advance.
Prepare daily progress report and forward to planning department.
Receive drawings and schedules bill of materials checked for correctness and completeness of the material.
Developing 3D models for VMC machining involved In-house projects as additional responsiblities.Maintaining internal inventory using MRO process of Data management.
Gained knowledge of working in sister Concern Company.
