** Doing new development based on themes and trends given by buyer by making new garment style, embroidery techniques etc.
** Submission of new range to the buyer to provide an opportunity to select from a variety of product lines.
** Working closely with the supporting team (quality/tech/) in proper execution of styles development.
** Submitting the costing for the submitted sampling range to Buyer & negotiating the price for same to Vendor’s to ensure mutual profitable business by achieving financial targets.
** To conduct Risk analysis meeting with factory Production Manager / MM once order is confirmed to avoid constructional challenges in production.
** Review the samples before making dispatch to Buyer to make sure all the trims / critical information’s are there in the enclosed Tag / Sheet (With our review comments).
** Make a Critical path (T & A plan) for the styles allocated in a season & weekly reviews with subordinates on its status.
** Working with Buyer on weekly/regular basis regarding sampling & production, discussing the style with Vendors to make it more production friendly.
** Review the FPT & GPT report closely to make sure goods are met the international standard on testing & update buyer & take approval prior shipping the goods in case if there is failure in any of testing parameHelping factories to getting the required approval on time & also at the same time to push the factory for the timely submission as per TNA plan.
** Ensure to handover the style on the planned cut date to production dept. along with all the relevant information/ Approvals.
** Monitoring the supplier to make booking on time, release approval from Buyer & coordinate with shipping agency to release the carting order / container to meet the approved vessel.

** After getting PP sample comments to make sealer sample and take approval from Buying Technical Team to go head for final bulk cutting.

** Negotiation on upcharge with Buying Team if there will be any major comments.
** Follow up on daily basis as per given TNA, with Buying House for pending approval and Sample status.
