Project 1- GSM Mobile Controlled Home Appliances using 8051 Micro-controller
AT8951 Microcontroller is interfaced with GSM module, LCD, Relays driver ULN2003 and 4 light bulbs representing home appliances in the receiver unit. The transmitting unit is a GSM enabled mobile phone. Programming is done using Keil µVision IDE.
Project 2- Implementation of ZigBee Hardware for Application of Air Pollution Monitoring
Sensors- gas sensor, temperature and humidity sensor are interfaced with ATMEGA168 Microcontroller using ADC0809 along with ZigBee Module and LCD at the Transmitter. The values obtained from the sensors are digitalised and processed and transmitted through ZigBee module to the receiver.
The receiver section consists of ATMEGA168 Microcontroller, LCD and ZigBee module to display the information obtaind by the sensors.
Project 3- Folding and Register Minimization on DSP filters
Folding and register minimization are transformation techniques to optimize the number of functional units used in a dataflow graph. Biquad filter and Third order IIR filter were my test filters. It was implemented on Xilinx IDE using VHDL. The corresponding research paper was presented at IEEE UPCON-2018, Gorakhpur, U. P on 4th Nov, 2018.
