Provide business correspondent services, distribution of financial Products & Other retail products through a team of Agent.
Deliver monthly Targets for customer Acquisition, transactions, credit, investment as will be agreed to from time to time.
Weekly meetings with banks officials to give update on business progress.
Prepare and share MIS in regular formats on a defined periodic basis.
Ensuring training for the team on business correspondent services, Distribution of other services & products.
Effective team management & ensuring timely payments & effective performance. Team attrition should be within defined limits.
Identifying new product opportunities which could be introduced to the Community members.
Organizing camps within local communities to create awareness & business Opportunity.
Coordination between bank employees & Technology service provider to Ensure timely delivery of services.
