Project I :
Title : Production Of Beet Sugar
Description : Sugar is extracted from Beet Sugar using Calcium hydroxide and Calcium carbonate,thenimpurities are removed from the raw juice by a process known as Carbonation. And then during Evaporation juice is concentrated and then it is Crystallised.
Project II :
Title : Manufacturing Of Biscuit and Quality Control
Description : In this dissertation, the manufacturing of biscuit and its quality control methods are presented. The process of manufacturing of biscuits involves several steps like raw material arrival and analysis, mixing of raw materials, moulding, baking, cooling and packaging.
Quality control tests are done at every stage of biscuit-making i.e., testing of raw materials (Maida, palm oil, SMP, salt etc),dough testing, invert sugar syrup testing, biscuit testing and wrapper testing are performed at laboratories.
Project III :
Title : Epilepsy
Description : Epilepsy is a disorder that disturbs the normal pattern of neuron activity from illness to brain damage to abnormal brain development. Epilepsy may develop because of an abnormality in brain wiring, an imbalance of nerve signaling chemicals called neurotransmitters, or some combination of these factors.
