6) Key Responsibilities :
a) General Admin :
Housekeeping staff management (deputation, shift management etc)
Housekeeping material distribution and management
Indenting and cost control of house keeping material
Cleanliness and hygiene of the facility
Event management like arranging for projector, computer peripherals, meeting rooms related and necessary stationary items for internal and external meetings, lunch arrangement for high profile visitors etc.

b) Security service & fire fighting :
o Assisting the security team in providing id cards, printing stationery material required for security activities like temp.


ID cards, material registers, parking space upkeep.
o Arranging for fire fighting training sessions regularly for employees.

c) Transport Management :
Coordinating with transporters vendors for the local and outstation transport as and when required on approval basis.
Managing ticketbookings (Air, train, and bus), hotel reservations, and local accommodation Arrangements.
