Job Description :
Procurement & Expediting:
** Ensuring timely execution of Purchase Order as per approved/acceptable manufacturing schedule and delivery of material at project site.
** Detail study of technical & commercial bid with actual requirement and aligning all vendors on common platform.
** Vendor identifications, Inviting offers, coordination and seeking technical approvals from engineering deptt.
** Techno-commercial bid evaluation, Negation’s on Order values, T&C’s.
** Order Finalization by Preparing Letter of Intent and Purchase order.
** Order execution and monitoring the schedule by visit to vendor works and monitoring the progress reports Delivery management 

Domestic Materials :
** Coordination with Logistic department for timely placement of vehicles to avoid delays.
** Invoice clearance & coordination with accounts department for timely release of vendor payments.
** Managing Order amendments, Final Reconciliation’s, Extra Claims and Order close–outs.
** Coordination with QA for timely inspection and dispatch clearances.

Vendor Management & Development:
** Continual assessment of present prospective and present vendors.
** Identifying alternative vendors.
** Assisting Vendors for Technical qualifications.
** Assisting First time vendors to understand the company procedures for better business relationship and smooth execution of work.
