1. Elephant Ear :

Responsibilities  :
** Design and development of complete B PILLAR PANEL.
** Development of Class A Surface to engineered surface.
** Creating master section for packaging requirements.
** Eliminating defects to meet manufacturing feasibility.
** To design and develop features keeping in mind the tooling consideration.

2. Center Passenger Panel :

Responsibilities :
** Creation of plastic part from input A surface.
** Check for the tooling feasibility.
** Make proposal of mounting schemes.
** Make an assessment of assembly feasibility.
** Check Gap & flush of the part with surrounding

3.Cluster Fin :
Parent Part-Instrument Panel.

Responsibilities :
(i) Base volume creation with the given input style A surface.
(ii) Checking the part for manufacturing feasibility.
(iii) Draft analysis of surface and part and decide the tool direction.
(iv) Finding out the lifter and slider direction.

4.Cluster Bezzel :
Parent Part-Instrument Panel.

Responsibilities :
** Base volume creation with the given input style A surface.
** Checking the part for manufacturing feasibility.
** Draft analysis of surface and part and decide the tool direction.
** Work on the strategies of locating and to avoid plastic defects, maintain flush and gap without affecting the aesthetic look.
** Making proposals for locators, fixation like dog house, snaps etc.


& implementing the concepts with respect to surrounding parts
