Sales :
Responsible of accounting & Generate credit/debit note for all India supplies to distributors & contra pack party related all transaction like return, expiry, damage, quality problem, rate difference etc.
Prepare Marketing instruction as per requirement of sales promotional scheme as checking in distributors documents after accounting & Generate credit note of tour, free goods, sample etc.
Preparation of institutional business claim for all India supply to hospitals after accounting and generate credit note for claim related like rate difference & discounts.
Communication with distributors & marketing department for stockiest sales data, claims, special sales scheme to director approval.
Depot :
Looking for raw material, packing material & finish goods supply to contra pack party’s bill passing process after accounting & coordination with vendor for payments clearing.
Contra Pack :
Job Work audit of Finish Goods Manufacturing Charges checking with work order, also Raw material, Packing material & Logistic bills checking with party MRIN register.
Reconciliation of party stock status & A/C statement. Also quarter wise Physical stock audit of contra pack location.
Distribution :
Distributors to stockiest transaction audit of all India supply like Invoices, credit/debit note, discount, TLD, sample, Free goods all documents are stamp & sign.

Tender audit of state government supply to Invoice checking with tender contract like product name, rate, supply & payments teams, goods return etc.

Excise audit of contra pack party’s supply to raw material & packing material for manufacturing related Invoice checking with excise Ledger.
TDS Certificate (From – 16 & From – 16A) audit of Professional, Job work Charges, Contract, Interest, Commission, Rent related cut of Amount, rate, Party name, Quarter wise checking with TDS ledger.
Import & Domestic Purchase Invoice accounting & Generate PDN & PCN note for vender. Also, check by payment advice note, PBG & ABG. Reconciliation of vender ledger.
Bank :
Payment accounting of creditors before checking of Creditors balance & payment advise ship Sign of authorize person, also cash Collection entry & bank reconciliation.
