JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Handling the warehouse overall
** Managing the transportation rates and arrange vehicle for dispatching the goods
** Preparing the all office documents of godown/Plant (like Challan, Tax Invoice.)
** Maintaining the RG23 D register.
** Working in SAP system and doing the all system entry in sap after checking the physical stock.
** Overall maintaining FG Inventory.
SYNOPSIS :
** Handling Dispatch Independently
** Preparing Road Permit online
** Taking of perpetual inventory daily physical stock of dispatch item
** Transfer production ready material to FG Stock
** Preparing daily dispatch plan/schedule for dispatch
** Packing as per customer & make the ready for dispatch
** Local Transportation cost reduction by proper planning of vehicles
** Physically checking the loading material inside of vehicle
** Documentation after the dispatches
** Follow up with transporter, customer etc.
for on the delivery after dispatch
** Monthly freight provision for the outbound freight
** Checking of the transporter bills and timely submission for payment
** Disposal of Scrap Material
** ISO documents preparation
** Control of Dispatch material. (Short & Excess.)

** Preparing GRN for receiving good in SAP by loading location of goods in SAP system.
** Issuance of material, by obtaining user signature, to which consumption loading to SAP.
