Working as a Quality Engineer in “Electral Devices” ISO 9001 :2008 in Pune, Maharastra from July2012 to till date.
Our company deals with manufacturing of solenoid coils and pressure switches, which are used in automobiles, gensets etc We have clients in India and abroad. Our main vendors includes Tata Motors, Kirloskar Oil Engines, Cummins India, Greaves cottons, Hindustan Motors, Tafe Motors etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES :
Creating document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
Inspecting and oversee inspection of parts to ensure quality parts and compliance with customer specification or standards.
Rejecting defective parts if there is any variations in dimensions.
Entering defective parts into defective materials list.
Reporting quality problems to appropriate supervisor and operations manager.
Prepare and maintain required records and reports.
Entering gauge calibration into computer system in order to track and ensure calibration are performed at required intervals.
Managing and performing incoming material supplier site inspection and providing training to our supplier to ensure the highest standard of quality.
Preparation of IMIR reports based on sampling plan.
Delivering back the rejected materials to suppliers.
Checking plating thickness (Green, Trivlant, Yellow plating).

Completed 3 months course Post Graduation Diploma Pipe design engineering and construction in 1st class at Asian Academy Of Professional Training, Pune in 2012.

Attended the seminar which was conducted by “Kirloskar Oil Engines” Kadki, Pune On April2013 On “Corrective And Preventive Actions” and i gave seminar on “ Wearing And Tearing Of Starter Ring Of Gensets”.
