JOB RESPONSIBILTY :
** Responsible for all activities related to QA/Engineering like In-process Inspection, Receipt Inspection and handling customer complaints /quires and find out root cause of the problem by 5-why and brain storming with the help of CFT Team.
** Preparing shop floor daily Rejection report and implementing the counter measure to reduce the line rejection in plant.
** Check and improve the components at the start of shift and then randomly.
** Take corrective and preventive action and use POKAYOKE for reduce the shop floor problems
** Wastage control of already existing line by implementation of process parameter.
** Prepare calibration plan for measuring instrument and inspection gauges.
** Analysis the problem through SPC.
** Make PPAP and FMEA according to customer requirements.
** Awareness of 7 QC TOOLS.
** Awareness of 5S ,3G
** Awareness of 8 D PROBLEM
** Awareness of KAIZEN
** Knowledge of STANDARD ROOM Documentation like maintaining of history cards for gauges, instruments, Calibration of instruments & Gauges.
** Planning & conducting the Layout Inspections.
