Job Responsibilities :
Collect, analyze customer feedback and identify, initiate appropriate actions.
Planning all the maintenance work by utilizing the available manpower.
Attend and resolve customer complaints.
As per requirements do the Research and Development work to satisfy customer’s needs.
Do the installation as per schedule.
Ensure correctness of the instruments.
Perform and test Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ) tests of various Instruments.

Job Responsibilities :
Execute & resolve maintenance problems of machineries & equipments from Production department as well of Electrical, Bioclinical & Bioequivalence department.
Planning all the preventive and predictive maintenance work by utilizing the available manpower and thereby minimizing breakdowns, achieving reduction in maintenance costs and achieving desired targets within specified time frame.
Plan & undertake projects when assigned and Ensuring the execution of projects within time, quality, cost & budgetary parameters.
Executing Erection and Commissioning as well as Calibration, Validation & Servicing with the help of sub-ordinates, Contractors & vendors.
Receiving and Evaluating Quotations,Negotiation with the suppliers and development of new vendors as per project requirement.
