Diploma Project : “Pneumatic Sheet Metal Cutter”
Objective : It is a manual method so that sheet metals are to be wasted some time because of mistakes happened such as wrong dimensions etc. By using Pneumatic system for better operations of cutting sheet metal
NEW GEN IEDC Project : “Electric Floor Mopping Machine”
Objective : The objective of the proposed project is to design and development of electric floor mopping machine which could be easy to transport and maneuver. The proposed mopping machine comprises of simple motors and water spraying system.
Applications : This mopping equipment can be used for household applications as well as in industries, malls etc., where the cleaning area is large.
B.Tech Minor Project : “Design & Fabrication of Pneumatic Three Axis Modern Trailer”
Objective :The objective of the proposed project “THREE AXIS PNUEMATIC MODERN TRAILERS” has been conceived having studied the difficulty in unloading the materials. Our survey in the regard in several automobile garages, revealed the facts that mostly some difficult methods were adopted in unloading the materials from the trailer. Now the project haws mainly concentrated on this difficulty, and hence a suitable arrangement has been designed. Such that the vehicles can be unloaded from the trailer in three axes without application of any impact force. By pressing the Direction control valve activated. The compressed air is goes the pneumatic cylinder acts as a lifting the trailer cabin. The automobile engine drive is coupled to the compressor engine, so that it stores the compressed air when the vehicle running. This compressed air is used to activate the pneumatic cylinder, when the valve is activated.

B.Tech Major Project : “Fabrication and Erosion Wear response of Epoxy based Hybrid composites”
Objective :Due to high strength to weight ratio and high stiffness to weight ratios of E glass fiber polymers in the present world they are used in various applications like automobile, sports, industrial, ships, and construction works etc,.
The main purpose of this proposed work is to present comprehensive information of Erosion Wear response of epoxy based hybrid composite. In present investigation the fabrication of Epoxy based E Glass fiber reinforced composite with the addition of filler (RHA) i.e. Rice Husk Ash will be done. After fabrication procedure composite slabs specimens were prepared as per ASTM G-76 Standards and erosion wear behavior of epoxy composites are determined for various proportions of filler material (i.e. 2.5wt%, 5wt%, 10wt%). The effect of various parameters on erosion wear rate of composites will be studied using MINITAB18.
