Procurement of material as per requirement
Planning and controlling the material to achive daily, weakly and monthly production target in co coordinating with vender’s QC,STORE ,PPC department
Ensuring availability of material of material on multimodal assembly line in coordinating with vender logistic and store
Planning for long lead time and critical component to avoid shortage on assembly line
Coordinating in between vender and SPD to fulfill the spare market demand without affecting the daily line requirement
Planning the material flow and production at OLC vender
Preparation of report for material receipt against schedule to vender to take decision so as to avoid loss
Ensuring availability of material in Export Department so that veh will run out as per plan and country model requirement
Development of new component as per new drawing or modification with horizontal deployments of “Q” parameter to achive right at first time
New component trial planning and implementation with cutoff declaration of old model in Export and Domestic production

QUALITY CONTROL :
Coordinating in between QC Department of vender in case of Quality issue
Daily QSR monitoring to reduce reoccurrence of defect at final assly line with technical support vender
Sustain monitoring and horizontal deployment of action taken in another model so as to avoid the reputation of complaint
Carrying out root cause analysis at vender end and action on it
Monitoring corrective and preventive action taken for defect report in field and vehicle assly line
Implementation of KAIZEN at vender end and suggestion of QMS to achive company given ‘Q’ target
Preparation of SIR for new development component
To work closely with other functional requisition to resolve issue and recommend corrective action

LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE :
Monitoring a control on physical stock to avoid production loss

Monitoring physical stock of A, B & C class items with SAP system stock.
Follow up shipments with suppliers for parts delivery as per requirement
Establishment material handling system at vender end so as to avoid damage to component and easy flow at vehicle assembly line
Coordinating in between vender and their logistic provider to ensure timely supply of components at vehicle assembly line
Working as PIV co-ordinater, to achieve yearly targets of Perpetual Inventory Verification.

Implemented milk-route supplies for local suppliers to reduce transportation cost & to reduce WIP inventory
Heavy reduction in non moving components by finding alternate uses and avoiding.
Achievement of corporate objective of 0.25 days inventory target of A class items, 0.4 days for B class items & below one day for C class items.
