PROFESSIONAL WORKHISTORY :
Section Head :- Reliability Analytics ( Feb-2019 to Present)
** Analyze breakdown data in order to improve the efficiency and performance the various Plant machines
** Ensure reliability is highest possible and where needed facilitate / perform root cause investigations to increase reliability and general performance of equipment
** Liaise with relevant teams on outcomes of tests/analysis.

** Look after Installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of coperion germany make ZSK-380 twin screw main extruder with ZSK-92 satellite extruder and its down stream product conveying section supplied by m/s coperion Ideal pvt ltd.
** Responsible for setting up high pressure valve test station shop(Make-BHDT-550MPA) in LDPE plant.
** Liaise with the project manager and/ or lyondellbasell /Coperion GMBH/Technimont commissioning engineers to develop commissioning plans.
** Preparation of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities dossier/checklists for mechanical equipments.
** Review and approve pre-commissioning activitiesplan for oil flushing, rotomole cleaning/pigging etc and line up material & services resource required as an enablers.
** Providing construction site support and technical troubleshooting and advising as required for specific Project issue.
** Monitoring progress for loop clearances and mechanical clearance for pipe lines and equipments.
Maintenance Engineer-Mechanical : 6 years ( Sep-2008 to Aug-2014)

** Erection and Commissioning of LDPE Coperion GMBH Make Extruder(ZSK380)
** Installation and commissioning of high pressure valve test station (550MPA) set up in LDPE Plant.
** Major overhauling of single screw ZSW-P-380 extruder including of gear box internals and screw replacement during Turnaround Jan-2015 at LDPE plant-NMD
** Reduction of powder dust in extruder area by replacement of drive and non-drive end gland with special design mechanical split seal in additive blender (Make-American process system) under Environmental improvement program (EIP).
** Completed six sigma project, CTQ was “Improving low efficiency of chiller unit of PP Plant”. After analyzing the root cause and taking corrective actions, the efficiency of the units improved .This effort led to power saving of Rs22 lacs per annum
** Major overhauling of IR make 14X7X9 2HSE2 mini lube 2 stage double acting reciprocating compressor in PP plant(July 2012).
** Resource planning, procurement for material and services &Implementation of piping MOCT`s in PP plant(2013-14) for off gas line size increase from PP plant to GC plant(3.5 Km) to avoid flaring at high plant load.
** Worked with multi-disciplinary team for preparation of multiyear maintenance plan for Coperion & JSW Make Extruders for LLDPE/PP and LDPE plant in Year 2013-14
** Binder make packaging & mollar palletizing machine downtime reduction due to mechanical reasons of PP Plant.
** Worked exclusively for maintenance of static equipment Exchangers/Vessels/filters in Turnaround’10 in LLDPE plant.
