Responsibilities :
** To assist my company in all quality and administration such as;
** Independently perform FRI as client requirement & prepare FRI Report in digital formatting.
** Prepare quality plan, quality system for the Factory.
** Managing Quality control/assurance function of the entire production facility in accordance with the quality plan.
** Organization training program for all quality control personnel in the production facility to understand and interpret correctly all quality critical specification.

** Monitoring product safety process, compliance procedures as per buyer’s requirements.
** Take care about pilot cutting, adjust the pattern (If needed) before starting the bulk cutting.
** Regarding any quality issue coordinating with all other departments.
** Ensure all Q. A. format is functioning in all workstation.
** Record keeping of all inspection report.
