** Taking the styling surface as an input, A-surface is created by omitting all tangential errors, and gave the tooling direction.
** B-surface is generated by using A-surface and cleared all patches, maintaining the thickness.
** Created the parting surface and developed closed surface.
** Created engineering features wherever required by using environmental data.
FRONT BUMPER COVER PLATE :
** With respect to the styling surface as an input, A-surface is created without tangential errors.
** Tooling direction is created and Draft Analysis is carried out.
** B-surface is generated by using A-surface and cleared all patches, maintaining the thickness and tangential continuity.
** Created the Parting surface and Parting Line.
** Closed surface and closed volume is generated followed by Draft Analysis.
** Created engineering features wherever required for strengthening and installation of plastic to environment data.
GLOVE COVER BOX :
** Generated A surface with respect to environment data and draft analysis carried out according to tooling direction

** A to B Surfacing from Styling surfaces, master sections and environment data.
** Replacing surfaces of the existing components and updating with new surfaces given by customers.
** Design and development with considering Automotive Plastic manufacturing, Sheet Metal, Drawing standards & GD&T.
** Application of Engineering CAD tools and methodologies.
** Re-mastering of complex components
** Deciding the Draft angle, Thickness for Clip Towers and Mountings for the assembly purpose.
** Development of B side attachment features as per structure feasibility & hence maintaining proper 3-2-1 principle.
