As a production manager and vmcProgrammer from Jan10th 2012 to till date. sealmatic has a reputed name in the field of manufacturing mechanical seals Sealmatic designs and manufactures seals and associated products mainly for the oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper, power, mining and many more industrial applications.
and also i have an experience in to make dynamic groove making in silicon carbide,tungstend carbide

TOOL DESIGN,MANUFACTURING&DEVELOPMENT :
** Feasibility study of the product to be developed.
** CNC Milling m/c programming (2D&3D) on cam tools(MASTERCAM SOFTAWARE)for Manufacturing of Mechanical seals.
** Cross checking the designing of SEALS with their working principle..
** Responsible for complete tool development & regular follow up which is outsourced.
** Tooling, Jig, Fixture, Dies, Gauge and other require development.
** Implementing quality Circles Kaizen, 5S Suggestion scheme activities on shop floor.
