Material control through preparing effective cutting plan of raw materials and bought out materials.
Getting approval of the Bill of Quantity from the client and consultant.

Collecting and issuing the input drawings to Sub Contractor & Vendors.
Preparation of production schedule and Material requirement plan.
Supervise the sub-contractors and monitor the progress at every site on daily basis.
