Career Objective:
To achieve excellence in the field of Human Resource Management/Administration where my skills of 15 years in Indian Navy (Defence) experience could be leveraged to contribute to the organisation, where I can explore myself in terms of learning, gaining and constantly improving my skill sets.

Having 15 years of extensive hands-on experience in Indian- Navy in various fields.
(A) Leadership and Management
A competent professional, with extensive experience in general administration, material management , security and logistics , Leadership, Motivation and Team Management, Administration, Liaison/Coordination, Crisis and Disaster Management. Possess excellent motivation skills with capability of displaying the confidence needed to face the toughest leadership challenges.
