Work Experience  :
A) Presently working with M/s. Environnement SA India Pvt. Ltd., Navi Mumbai – as Service Coordinator – Customer Support Department.
Nature of Business M/s. Environnement SA India Pvt. Ltd. is a 100% subsidiary of Environnement SA, France. It deals with Supply & Service of Ambient Air Quality Monitoring System(AAQMS) & Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS), Integration of System & Data Acquisition System. Major Customers are IOCL, HPCL, Reliance, Deepak Fertilizers, ACC Cements, TNPCB, CPCL, CPCB, BHEL, etc.

Current Job Profile  :
Activities related to Service Department
a) Providing customer support and administration support to meet organization needs.
b) Dealing with customer enquiries / complaints.
c) Preparation of Annual Maintenance contracts quotations, Comprehensive Maintenance Contract quotations, repairs quotations, spares quotation to customers as per requirements.
d) Dealing with customer correspondence by way of emails
e) Reporting the director regarding customer requirements
f) Handling under warranty cases in case of spares & following up with our parent company located in France for the same.
g) Maintaining the log of Service Engineers.
h) Preparing Invoices (Billing) to customers.
i) Drafting of letters, reporting of all activities to Director.
j) Follow up with customer for Payment collection
k) Updating & maintaining Cash Flow Statement & reporting the same to Director
l) Reporting to Directors regarding expected Cash in transactions. Activities related to Project Department
m) Entering new projects (Customer Purchase Order) in SAGE (ERP software introduced by our Parent Company located in France)
n) Preparing documentation (Order acknowledgement, amendment in Po if any, all correspondence with customer, pre dispatch documents, etc) regarding each project & maintaining files for each projects.
o) Placing of Indigenous & Import Purchase Orders to Suppliers.
p) Following up for material with suppliers
q) After readiness of material following up with customer for inspection call & road permits wherever necessary.
r) Preparing of MOM ( Minutes of Meeting) once the inspection held as per the requirement of General Manager – Projects
s) Preparing all necessary documents prior to dispatch (Invoices, Delivery Notes, Packing lists, etc.)
t) Informing dispatch details to customer along with company’s regional Managers
u) Following up with customer regarding receipt of material at their end & inform the same to GM-Projects.
v) Following up with customer regarding payment against supply / services as per PO terms

2) In case of Project related activities – General Manager – Projects
