KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES AS QA/QC ENGINEER/INSPECTOR :
Checks the IFC Drawings with Architectural and other related drawings for any discrepancy in Co ordinates, Elevation, Dimension and raising TQ against any variation.
To ensure that approved methods and procedures are in place and utilized, as they apply, for each phase of a project.
Monitoring the works to ensuring that the safety of personnel, the facilities and environment have been carefully considered and that the appropriate measures have been implemented.
Maintain an effective and economical program for quality, to satisfy Saudi Aramco requirements as defined in Schedule “Q” Quality Assurance and Control, Inspection and Testing.
To demonstrate both recognition of the quality requirements of the project and an organized approach to satisfy these.

Dispatches the approved drawings, method statements, specification and work schedules to the Site Engineers, supervisors, and program theirs activities accordingly.
To optimize the reliability, operability and maintainability of the facilities.
Monitoring the works with ensuring the activities are being progressed per schedule, specifications, Approved drawings, Method statements and project quality plan.
Guides the Supervisor and Foreman and arrange required work force, materials and machineries.
Closely monitoring on daytoday activities to ensure proper compliance with all technical aspects.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problem that may rise.
Responsible for keeping AS built records and ensuring this is reflected on the drawings.
