CAREER GOAL :
At our plant (JBIL) I have done a new Ash Handling Project which is totally a new concept, replacing the old system made by Bevcon Pvt. Ltd. (SEMATIC PCS7) with ABB System. In this project a new PLC Panel was developed which are made up of ABB Processor (Model- AC 800M) and its DO/DI modules installed, which was entirely conceptualized by me. For that I created an Advanced Logic, Graphic Page, I/O Tags & all other necessary jobs related to this project. Through this entire processing, this Ash Handling System is running successfully till date.

My job involves the planning & execution of this 25 Mega Watts captive power plant project (Shyam Sel Ltd.) & 30 TPH AFBC Boiler Project (Jai Balaji Industries Ltd.) from instrument point of view which includes the under mentioned activities
** All types of field instruments related to Turbine & Boiler have been installed in their proper location with the help of Drawing.
** All types of cables (signal, control, compensated) laying, termination and loop checking.
** Erection & Commissioning of vibration probes monitoring system.
** Erection & Commissioning of ASH Handling System (Pneumatic Based).
** Erection & Commissioning of various I/O modules, power supply units, relay modules etc. & pc installing, related hardware jobs in DCS system (Micro verse Automation Pvt. Ltd.) with M.A.P.L engineers.
** Erection of Impulse line piping, cable tray routing, Instrument mounting , Cable Laying , J.B. Mounting and terminating, Panel mounting, Panel wiring and terminating, Loop Checking.
** Commissioning of pneumatic control valves (like FW, ATTEMP., HOTWELL, PRDS etc.), on-off valves, PA & FD IGV RPC, PA & FD line dampers, Smart transmitters, switches etc.
** Erection & Commissioning of All Types of Instruments in Field side & GE Fanuc DCS of 30 TPH AFBC Boiler.
