ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY :
** Prepare Concrete Mix Design and Test procedure of Materials and approval from Client.
** Inspect raw materials and preparation of Material Incoming report with Accepted or Rejected.
** Preparation of Checklist of every work activity as per agreement.
** Preparation of Work methodology statement as per agreement.
** Preparation of Quality Management plan as per site work activity.
** Calibration of Test equipment, Weighing Machines, In Site Batching Plant.
** Conducting of Laboratory test at Site lab according to Quality Management Plan and ensuring of data as per IS Standard.
** Inspection of Work activity i.e. Excavation, Earthwork, Anti Termite Treatment, Backfilling, Surveying Work, Shuttering Work, Concrete work, Reinforcement Work, Finishing work activity as per Checklist and ensuring of Quality during Execution of Work.
** Issuance of Site observation, Non Conformance report, Stop work Notification against poor Quality and preparation of Corrective and preventive action report for every Observations.
** Production and maintaining quality of Concrete at In site Batching Plant.
** Conducting of Quality training to the Skilled Labour, Technical staff to implement In situ Quality at Site.
