Six plus years of experience in structural engineering related to offshore and onshore oil and gas sector. My expertise includes analysis and design of fixed offshore structures, Equipment Skids and pipe supporting structures. Hands-on experience in different in-service and pre-service analyses and brown field modification jobs of fixed offshore structures using SACS and STAADPRO. Basic knowledge in foundation design using STAAD Foundation. Good Knowledge on various codes like API, AISC, Nobel Denton, ISO, DNV, NORSOK and Australian codes.,
Experience :
Project – Replacement of UZ Pipielines-ADNOC OFFSHORE
The intent of the project is to check the structural integrity of the existing platform for the new modifications in Zakum offshore fields.
Following activities are performed as part of the project :
** Carried out global Inplace analysis for the new modification for Zakum (ZW-100ZD) platform.
** Performed pushover analysis using SACS latest version 11.1 and API RP 2A.
** Giving inputs and checking the new modification drawings.

Project – Pushover Analysis for 33 Nos Critical Platforms-ADNOC OFFSHORE
The intent of the project is to check technical integrity and reliability of existing platforms in Zakum and Umm Shaif fields.
Following activities are performed as part of the project :
** Carried out Pushover analysis for critical platforms in Umm Shaif and Zakum Fields of ADNOC comprising WHTs, Complexes, Bridge Support Towers and Flare tower to establish robust structural integrity.
** Performed pushover analysis using SACS latest version 11.1 and API RP 2A.
** Pile load carrying capacity in extreme environment is reassessed.

The intent of the project is to check technical integrity and reliability of existing platforms in Zakum and Umm Shaif fields.
Following activities are performed as part of the project :
** Carried out Pushover analysis for critical platforms in Umm Shaif and Zakum Fields of ADNOC comprising WHTs, Complexes, Bridge Support Towers and Flare tower to establish robust structural integrity.

The intent of the KLE EC Projects is to sustain technical integrity and reliability of piping, vessels and support structures subject to external corrosion, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the KGP until it reaches its end of facility life.
Following activities are performed as part of the project :
** Population of structural defect register (SDR)
** Technical assessment and selection of refurbishment details. (Each photograph from inspection report to be opened, reviewed and notes made to support assessment)
** Population of Refurbishment Scope Sheet (RSS) for defect areas where refurbishment is proposed in accordance with structural design brief
** Review of design drawings.

Project – ONGC life Extension of Wellhead platforms phase-3, replacement of topside of 10 platforms with new deck structures (Pre-Bid)
The project was executed for define stage for ONGC 10 wellhead platforms.
Following activities are performed as part of the project :
** Preparation of Weight Control report for Lift, Transportation and Inplace analysis
** Structural Engineer-I, British Petroleum Trinidad & Tobago LLC (BPTT)
** Project – Detail Engineering of Trinidad Region Onshore Compression (TROC)
** The project involves design of equipment skids, pipe supports, foundations, onshore lift of pipes at Beach field Facility.
Following activities are performed as part of the project :
** Design of new pipe supporting structures with bolted/welded connections resting on concrete foundations
** Analysis and Design of Drain crossing skid, Coriolis Metering skid and Control Valve Skid using STAAD
** Analysis and Design of concrete mat foundation for equipment like Gas Generator, Condensate Pumps, Transformer, multiple skids and pipe supports using STAAD Foundation software

Project – Detail Engineering Of Mahogany Bravo Bypass Project
The intent of the Project is to maximize off-site fabrication of structural steel supports in order to eliminate field welding, and to minimize hot-work in hazardous area by using bolted connections.
Followingactivities are performed as part of the project :
** Design of new pipe supporting structures with bolted/welded connections resting on different Deck levels of Mahogany Bravo platform
** Checked the adequacy of existing pipe supporting structures for loads from revised pipe stress analysis
** Performed strength checks and carried out local strengthening of Deck members, where required

Project – Quantitative Structural Assessment of Structures in Zakum and UmmShaif fields(package 4)(Brownfield Life Extension studies)
Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) aims to establish robust Structural Integrity Management System (SIMS) for ADMA OPCO fleet of structures in Zakum and Umm Shaif fields.
Following activities are performed as part of the project :
** Jacket Pushover analysis for WHT’s US-143, US-117, US-180, US-217, USSC Flare 1, ZWSC Flare A3 and ZWSC Flare A4.
** Weight control report for Wellhead platforms and super complex bridges in US, ZK, USSC , ZCSC & ZWSC fields
** Jacket Cathodic protection report for WHT’s US-120, US-143 US-177, US-217, ZWSC Flare-1 and ZWSC Flare-2
Assistant Structural Engineer, SAUDI ARABIAN OIL COMPANY
** Project – Detail Engineering for PDHMS for Various Electrified and Non-Electrified offshore Producing Facilities.
** Saudi Aramco Oil Company plans to install permanent Down hole Monitoring Systems for 10 Wellhead platforms.
Following activities are performed as part of the project :
** Preparation of SACS model for deck extension to accommodate solar panel and associated equipment’s for SFNY 184/189 and SFNY 194/199
** Reviewed penetrations and tray support detailing drawings

** Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) aims to sustain Umm Shaif Field annual average production of 275 MBD.
To achieve this, new risers, piping and equipment needs replacement.
Following activities are performed as part of the project :
** Jacket Pushover analysis for US-23, US-265, US11-11A, US-23A and US-35A using Collapse module of SACS.
** Lift analysis for US -153, US-169 using SACS

** The intent of the project is to check the structural integrity of panna platforms for requalification and Life extension.

** Global Inplace Analysis of Flare Platform (PFP) after modelling from As-Built drawing
** Seismic Analysis of these platforms by Response Spectrum Method
