SIGNIFICANT HIGHLIGHTS :
Ensure that contractor understands the contract documents including drawings / specs, phase plans, MEP systems interrelationships, workflow & schedule
Coordinate with consultant on reviews for shop drawings, MEP related designs, HVAC, Fire Alarm / Fighting & provide solution options
Assist in MEP, HVAC/Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting submittals / comments the submittals
Supervise and monitor the mechanical /electrical contractor /sub-contractor on site
Coordinate with the Planning Department for updating of Project
Coordination the activities between various contractors and sub contract actors
Review the shop drawing Material Submittal and Method statement to be generated by the Client
Implement follow proper QA/Qc procedures
Inspect and ensure the proper workmanship by the sub-contractor
Log & post all MEP changes into field drawings
Review scope of works for contractor including budgeting & justification of MEP change work order
Review installation of MEP, HVAC,Plumbing,Fire Fighting works
Direct, monitor & control MEP contractor activities
Coordinate & manage MEP related materials, systems & shop drawings submittals
Liaison with MEP consultant, engineers, subcontractors & concerned
Ensure MEP Subcontractors adhere with relevant Quality records & regulations including safety
Review the minutes of meetings of consultant
Monitor & report MEP work progress quantities.
Supervise EPC and Subcontractor personnel and make sure that construction works are completed according to time and EHS (Environment, health and safety) requirements.
Assist erection forces in clarifying documentation.
Supervise and prepare as-built documentation as well as construction reports.
