Green Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles and its use in Food

There are various methods of synthesizing Silver nanoparticles. My project deals with one of the methods in which the silver nanoparticles are synthesized from the leaves of neem tree. In this project, I along with 9 of my project partners have synthesized silver nanoparticles form neem leaves which is economic and useful in food industry.
Apart from the technical aspect, the project also developed team spirit, leadership quality and sense of responsibility in me.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES :
Volunteered in organising seminars conducted by the Department of Food Technology, Haldia Institute of Technology in 2009.
Member, organizing team of Riviera Fest of Haldia Institute of Technology in 2009.
Smoothly organized intraschool events including dramatics, quiz, debates and various other extracurricular activities.
Participated and won in various Essay, Debate, Elocution, Dance/choreography competitions.
