Working as a section in charge of Kiln ,responsible for Day to day process related activities and coordination among various departments for smooth plant operation.

Over 4 years of experience as ‘Dy. Chief Burner’ along with 10 year prior experience starts from trainee supervisor in Diamond Cements, Damoh, M.P. one of the reputed organization having an annual capacity of 1.5 Million Ton and a turnover above Rs.400 crores now a days it is taken over by Heidelberg Cement, Germany.
I have good knowledge of Plant Operation and coordination equipped with KHD Humbolt Plant established by German Engineers, one plant having Six Stage Preheater having daily capacity of 2600 TPD and another plant having Five Stage Preheater with a daily production capacity of 1700 TPD. During my tenure I was also well versed with latest FUZZY logic technology to optimized plant capacity.
I worked as an Asst. Manager (Process) at Diamond Cements (Heidelberg Cement, Germany), Damoh, MP, an ISO 9001 :2000 Company.
