Duties and responsibility :
** Inspect the work done by the contractor(s) to ascertain that work is executed in accordance with the Contract Documents and accepted practice Manage,
** Preparing daily logs and reports. Maintain records of all submittals and testing inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc.
** Performing all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual
** Provide reports on the progress of the architectural aspects of the project
** Monitor the project related protocol set up for Inspection of works by the inspection teams
** Perform Architectural inspections and material inspections.
** Where site problems are found, work with the RE or ARE to resolve them promptly
** Monitor the start-up, commissioning and handover of the site works. Including maintaining records of the project milestones
** Prepare daily report to the RE or ARE. This includes works orders, materials delivery, and daily inspections program
** Apply and implement all quality controls and quality procedures of the site
** Follow up and implement any site instructions made by the RE and AR
** Drawings, Specifications and Contracts and provide technical assistance and recommendations for action
** Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the inspection team; assist the site project management team accordingly
** Build relationships and create teamwork within the company, and the project team
** Create ‘no go’ zones around hazardous areas and implement safe work.
