ACADEMIC PROJECT DETAILS  :
MINI PROJECT  :
Title  : Automatic Railway Gate Signaling Control.
Technologies used  : KEIL SOFTWARE.

My role  : Team Leader
Description  : present project is designed using 8052 microcontroller to avoid railway accidents happening at unattended railway gates. The railway gate is to be controlled so that the road traffic is to be predicted. The railway gate is closed when a train is passed by the way. The opening and closing of the gate is done by using STEPPER motor and this stepper motor is controlled by micro controller ATMEL89-S52, which is a 40 pin IC. The signaling of the train is also controlled depending upon the gate position. When gate is closed the red signal is displayed otherwise green signal is displayed.


The project utilizes two powerful IR transmitters and two receivers; one pair of transmitter and receiver is fixed at upside (from where the train comes) at a level higher than a human being in exact alignment and similarity the other pair is fixed at down side of the train direction. The project is simple to implement and subject to further improvement like track switching. The same principle is applied for track switching.

Description  : This Project deals with controlling of the fuel flow, power output and many other engine parameters of aircraft by placing full authority over the operating parameters of the engine in microcontroller. Which is heart of projectHere At high altitudes, where pressure is low it will sense through sensor and will transmit data to microcontroller through RFtransmitter at what distance aircraft is reached and is displayed on LCD. Then micro controller controls input and sends data to receiver side so, that it will allow the fuel from fuel tank.

NOTABLE AWARDS  :

Won 2nd prize for district science ware in 10 standards in Sri Vijayavani vidyanekathan high school.
Won 1st prize for project expo in technical fest held at P.I.R.M.E.C

ACADAMIC ACHIEVEMENTS :
I have down a project whose title : TIME OPERATED ELECTRICAL APPALIANCES USING REAL TIME CLOCK.
Description  : The aim of this project is to ON/OFF of any electrical or electronic devices in a particular duration of time which is according to the time set in keypad and real time clock. And it also explain how the devices are ON/OFF in a particular duration of time. It using Two time relays (DS 1307), Key pad, LCD and one 8051 Microcontroller.
