** Replaced some critical parts (Fuel Pump fitment, Timer gear housing fitment) gasket sealing with sealant such as Silicon sealant to minimize the Field issues related with oil leakage.
** Generated and implemented cost reduction ideas in 4SP and 497 engines by communization/benchmarking/substituting parts after proper validation by ERC.
** Participation in BS6 engines installation process on assembly conveyor with proper work distribution
