COMPANY DETAILS :
Lloyds steel industries has a plant in Wardha for flat products .It has H.R.M. PLANT with a capacity of 0.70 million tones and a CRM PLANT along with Galvanizing unit of the capacity of 0.25 m. t. per annum. In .We have ONE SMS + Two Slab Casters + Rolling mill. In SMS we have TWO EAF of 60 tons each +TWO LRF and two Slab Casters equipped with AMLC. 160 MW coal based power plant for power needs.
SAP’s modules such as MM, PP, SD and FI have already been implemented in the year of 2000. With the success of SAP, they stepped into implementation of HR & PM Modules, and the upgradation of previously Implemented modules to cope up with the new facilities. The project work started with blue print preparation in the year of 2007 and is going to be ‘Go Live’ in the month of Feb, 2008.
FIELD DETAILS : COLD ROLLING MILLMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE

Working with Lloyds Steel Industries Ltd. Wardha, as SR.ENGINEER (Mech. Maintenance).
4 HI COLD ROLLING MILL(HITACHI & UNITED MAKE),CR SLITTER
Job Responsibility :
To monitor preventive maintenance work of above lines.
Maintaining and monitoring of AirOil System for W/R and BUR Bearings of United Make mill.
Working with hydraulic systems , servo systems, piston pumps, vane, gear pumps
Pneumatic systems, Different types of hydraulic & pneumatic. Valves
Achievement :
Controlled consumption of hydraulic oil in bending system, from approx. 10 barrel – approx. to 1 ½ barrel for a month by modifying bending cylinder
Overhauling O/S top AGC Cylinder in 16 hrs with four technicians
Mill delay below 2 % from last 4 months with teammates.
Improved C.R. Slitter efficiency by modifying Trimmer head width setting arrangement and modifying scrap winder drive arrangement by 40 min per shift

Pickling (Multiform)
Achievement :
Improved pickling quality by changing pump size, modifying water header size Providing heat Exchanger in line to make water hot in Rinse section.
Provided a extra capacity blower in air drier.
Bring down the delay below 2% of Pickling line.
Various Modifications done at HRCTL (Wuxi bono,china)

Maintenance Processing : Notification Types – Maintenance Request, Malfunction Report, Activity Report, Shut Down Report and Check List Entry, Order Types – Internal Processing, External Processing, Preventive Maintenance, SubContracting Order, Confirmation, Measuring Document and Reporting.
Preventive Maintenance : Task Lists, Single Cycle Plan based on Time, Single Cycle Plan based on Counter, Strategy Plan, MultiCounter Plan, Scheduling Processing & Monitoring and Reporting.
Noticeable Configuration : User Statuses for Equipment & Special Notification Type, DMSDocument Type to insert all drawings into SAP, Notification Type to maintain daily inspection check lists (Relating class & characteristics with notification), Made facility to maintain shift in notification.
