Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track on their joining dates.
Follow up with them even after the warranty period, to build a pool of good resources.
Achieving my individual target & helping for the team to reach its target. Client Interaction.
Coordination activity on a daily basis.
To meet the clients regularly to explore new business opportunities and polish the existing the task.
Resume Management System.
Maintaining computerized & manual database of applications along with short listed candidates.


Sending the daily & weekly recruitment report to the head of Organization.
Act as a prism in between the client company and the candidate In order to “give right candidate for the right job at the right place”.
