Roles and Responsibilities :
Getting and understanding the requirements from the clients.
Understanding the requirement completely before proceeding.
Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like job portals, data base, candidate references, etc to fill the budgeted vacancies.
To conduct the preliminary screening for entry, junior, middle and senior positions depending on the requirement from the client over a call session.
Screening the resume of the candidates and sending them to the clients.
Coordinating with the candidates and the clients.
Follow up with the shortlisted candidates.
Guiding them to clear the interview task.
Negotiating with the clients as well as the candidates on the salary.
Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track on their joining dates.
Follow up with them even after the warranty period, to build a pool of good resources.
Achieving my individual target & helping for the team to reach its target. Client Interaction.
Coordination activity on a daily basis.
To meet the clients regularly to explore new business opportunities and polish the existing the task.
Resume Management System.
Maintaining computerized & manual database of applications along with short listed candidates.
Sending the daily & weekly recruitment report to the head of Organization.
Act as a prism in between the client company and the candidate In order to “give right candidate for the right job at the right place”.
