** To develop the free hand sketch and draw all types of 2D & 3D drawing. Involved in any design issue related with the MEP works.
** Familiar to study & draw the Shop Drawings for Drainage, Water Supply, Sewage Systems, Storm water, Fire Fighting, HVAC & chilled water drawings according to the architecture, structure & design drawings.
** Prepare MEP Coordination, RCP Coordination and builders work drawings like block work, slab &beam opening drawings with the reference of MEP shop drawings or design drawings. Prepare 2D shop drawing as per BIM coordinated drawings.
** As CAD Draftsman, responsible for preparation of plan, elevation, section of multi-storied buildings, General Arrangement and detailing of piping drawing in Isometric & Schematic drawings.
** Involved in all activities which is related with MEP construction and Short out the problems which is created by MEP services and discuses with the all MEP service in charge to make work easy.
** Resp. for incorporate the commented drawings and revised according to the requirement of site. Independently Responsible for Preparing and submitting as built drawing to formalize officially. Quantities take off for ducting drawings & make tagging list.
** Maintain appropriate records of all drawings (soft & hard copies) for all past and present projects in a safe manner ensuring easy and fast retrieval.
** Keeping work update with Engineer or Superior & reporting to Project Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES AS A BIM MODELLER :
** Well commands in Autodesk Revit 2012-18 and other 3D visualization and simulation applications. Incorporate text tagging in BIM drawing and export it in 2D CAD drawing & submit within scheduled period.
** Collaborate and Coordinate with BIM team and other disciplines design changes and model changes.
** Beginner as a preparing for 3D Revit MEP drawings for HVAC & Plumbing services. Reporting to the Project Technical Manager, and leading / monitoring a team of members.
** Work side by side with CAD & BIM teams to complete BIM project.
** Strong working background as CAD MEP draughtsman making me fast learner as BIM Modeler.
