Work experience :-
I have Six years & six months of work experience in the field of fabrication & erection. Currently working for “TOTAL ENVIRONMENT BUILDING SYSTEMS PVT. LTD.”
Achievement :-
In L&T at UB city project, Bangalore for two year.
I have erected four towers above 91m, 110m, 103m, and 55m with a height of 27m, 30m, 27.5m, and 6.25m respectively. Two connecting bridge between two towers one is above 55.5m & another is 18m level .over three tower we have erected spike of height 10m,11.5m,11.5m respectively with heavy wind pressure. We have done 519 ton of fabrication & erection on this project with in a period of two years.
Currently In TOTAL ENVIRONMENT BUILDING SYSTEMS PVT. LTD, Bangalore.
I am handling project with two engineers & 50 labors.
This project covers an area of 40acers in which seven nineteen floor building & 75 two floor building. We have done fabrication of some interior materials with good finishing & quality. Like window grill, staircase & balcony railing, steel trades fixing for staircase by using hilti chemicals, big canopy work with mass qty. having length of 66m/6m with glass fixing. SHS & RHS section fixing for glass deck & French window support fixing for lots of qty.
Responsibility :-
Design in AUTO CAD
Managing site, checking quality of work done, Drawing study, Quantity calculatition ,Material arrangement for the job, project planning , preparing report for work done, costing, Taking approval of work done form client, Preparing bill for contractor.
