B.E Project :
Title of the project : VSR Algorithm for Data Security.
Brief overview of project : VSR algorithm is a high security algorithm with key size greater than 1024 bits. It provides authentication, confidentiality, integrity and access control. The plaintext is converted into cipher text with help of private key. In this system we are going to implement a new Encryption & Decryption technique which is going to create one key for one character with each key size of greater than 1024 bits and this allows a tradeoff between higher speed and higher security.
M.Tech Project :
Title of the project : Fully Automated Artifact Removal for BCI.
Brief overview of project :A common problem faced by any of the devices concerning BCI applications (Brain Computer Interface) is that of the Artifacts. The undesired electrical signal interfering with the neurological activities of the brain as a consequence, misinterpreting the actual signal. The artifact may be generated internally or externally.
The proposed method aims to reduce some of the predominant artifacts generated through the Electroencephalogram (EEG) such as eye blinks or artifacts generated from other devices such as Electrooculogram (EOG) or Electromyogram (EMG). It is based on a novel combination of wavelet decomposition, Independent component analysis, and thresholding. The factors for identifying the artifacts are estimated which differentiates the clean from affected EEG signal. We also intend to calculate the computational time of our proposed method for an EEG signal of 1s time frame.
Internship :
Title of the Internship : Optical Fiber Communication.
Brief overview of project :Optical fiber is a new medium, in which information is transmitted through a glass or plastic fiber, in the form of light. I carried out main functions like Cable laying, Equipment installation, Testing the optical fiber cable using OTDR instrument & joining the optical fiber cable using Splicing methods.
